30-Day Return Policy
You may return most unused and unopened items within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in resellable condition.

For hygiene reasons, certain products (e.g. contact lenses or cosmetics) cannot be returned if opened.
How to Request a Return

Wait for our team to provide a return authorisation and return instructions.

Send your item back using a tracked service. Customers are responsible for return postage.
Please do not return items without prior authorisation, as this may delay your refund or result in the item being returned to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days via your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos to help speed up resolution.
